Converting the sun’s power into clean and low-cost energy

Operating in freshwater and marine environments, AquaGen365 uses proven floating solar PV technology (FPV) to convert the sun’s energy into clean, reliable and low-cost power. Water covers two-thirds of our planet, so floating solar has immense potential across the world to combat climate change. It also provides an alternative solution to ground-mounted and rooftop solar, with the added benefit of preserving valuable land for a variety of purposes, including farming, quarrying and housing. Bodies of water, such as reservoirs, ponds and harbours, can become valuable assets for generating clean energy and additional income.

Floating solar can be installed as a ‘behind-the-meter’ solution, lowering energy costs by displacing electricity imports from the grid, or to export power to the grid, generating both income and cost savings. AquaGen365 offers a one-stop-shop and turnkey service: we design, gain planning consent, build, and install the floating solar arrays for our clients. We also offer operating and maintenance services, as well as assisting with power purchase agreements.
